Health & safety is at the heart of our operations. We have comprehensive procedures in place to ensure that every event is delivered safely and responsibly, exceeding industry standards and client expectations. Our team conducts detailed risk assessments and method statements for every project, working closely with venues and partners to identify and mitigate potential hazards. We also ensure all electrical equipment is PAT tested at least every 12 months, and we’re happy to provide certificates and documentation on request.
Our insurance cover gives clients and venues peace of mind. We are insured by RSA Insurance, with £10 million Employers Liability and £5 million Public and Product Liability. This means you’re protected, whether you’re a client, a supplier, or a guest at one of our events. We’re happy to share our insurance certificates and health & safety documentation whenever needed, and we’re always available to answer compliance queries.
ISO 27001, GDPR & Information Security
Protecting sensitive information is just as important as protecting people. Premier is certified to ISO 27001, the international gold standard for information security management. This means we have robust systems and processes in place to safeguard data, maintain confidentiality, and ensure business continuity. Our ISMS covers every aspect of our operations, from delegate management and event registration to AV production and content delivery. We regularly review our policies, conduct risk assessments, and train our team to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
We are also fully GDPR compliant, ensuring that all personal data is handled lawfully, transparently, and securely. Our privacy policy is available for review, and we’re always happy to discuss how we protect your data and your delegates’ information.
